📦 Overview

We ship equine products—including tack, supplements, grooming supplies, barn essentials, and custom items—directly from our facility in Oakdale, TN and from our trusted suppliers. Our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency throughout the process.


🐴 Processing Times

  • Standard Products — Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or Made‑to‑Order Items — Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on complexity.

  • Bulk or Heavy Items — Additional handling time may apply; you’ll be notified if so.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure the best rates and reliability.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — Calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Calculated at checkout.

  • Oversized / Heavy Freight — Saddles, feed, stall equipment, and other large items may require freight shipping. Rates vary based on weight and destination.

🌎 Domestic Shipping

We currently ship anywhere within the United States. Delivery times vary by region, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.


🌍 International Shipping (Optional)

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

🐎 Heavy, Hazardous, or Temperature‑Sensitive Items

Certain equine products—such as supplements, liquids, or temperature‑sensitive goods—may require special packaging or shipping methods. If additional fees apply, they will be shown at checkout.


📍 Local Pickup 

Local pickup is available by appointment. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


🔄 Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged items.

  • For missing packages, please reach out within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll assist with filing claims and arranging replacements when applicable.
