Saddle Fitting Services
Consultation - $135
Meet you & your horse, discuss goals and issues, horse health regime & veterinary history. Watch horse travel, dry fit saddle with & without pad. Initial ride and recommendations for changes. Approx 30-60 minutes - 1 horse/1 saddle/1 rider. **Travel Fees may apply, see section below
Additional Saddle per horse - +$25
If you have more than 1 saddle per horse, there is a $25 upcharge for each additional saddle. Even for a quick look.
Saddle Demo session - $280
Want to try out multiple saddles & multiple brands in the comfort of your own barn? This option is for you! Includes up to 4 saddles to be shown. Additional saddles upon request & quoted. Approx 90-120 minutes. **Travel Fees may apply, see section below
Adjustment(s) - $60
After consultation, flocking adjustments are made onsite. Can include the addition, removal or adjustment of wool flocking. For western & foam saddles, this may include trial of pads, shims. Approx 30-60 minutes
Follow-up visit(s) - Quoted
If additional visits are needed to continue addressing issues within the first 3 weeks post fitting, these will be quoted as needed. Applies to many horses under specialized care or severe saddle issues.
Virtual Fitting - $100
This option is ONLY AVAILABLE to clients farther than 250 miles from Oakdale TN and international clients.
*Must be paid at time of booking. ** There are no guarantees of fit when using this option. No saddle recommendations for purchase will be made.
Travel Fees
Travel fees apply when more than 25 miles away from 38729. This fee may be split among all scheduled clients in the same barn. This fee covers fuel only.
- 25-75 Miles = $65
- 76-125 Miles = $110
- 126-225 Miles = $270
- *226-450 Miles = $350
- *450+ Miles = Quoted
*For longer distance fitting trips, lodging & food expenses will be added to the final invoice.
All repairs & Amendments will have a minimum 1 week lead time.
Saddle Repairs and Amendments
Reflocking - English Saddle - $400
Removal of panels, removal of old wool, addition of new wool, restitching panels to tree. Cleaning & conditioning of leather. Please allow 2 weeks from pickup to delivery.
English Billet Replacement - $75/pair
Must be replaced in pairs at minimum. Stitching fee may apply if panels must be removed to access billets. Billets are hand made by me in most cases and can be adjusted to your specifications if needed (extra length or extra holes) and will not compromise the saddle function or safety.
Foam or Air to Wool Conversion - $450
Removal of panels, removal of foam or air panels, the addition of wool, restitching panels to the tree. Cleaning & conditioning of leather. **Dependent on the panel shape if this is possible. Allow 3-5 weeks from pickup to delivery.
Ring Additions - English Saddle - $6/ring
Restitching fee will apply.
Restitching Fee - Quoted
Applies when panels must be removed into make repairs to amendments. Also applies when stitching has broken, stretched or come loose as a separate service. Fees generally run between $50 and $100.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with 24 hours or less notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. No Show appointments will be charged the full cost of service plus applicable travel fees. Appointments arriving later than 20 minutes past the scheduled time may be subject to rescheduling and a 50% charge of service fees. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Rider's Emporium.
Payment & Late Payment Policy
Payment is expected at time of service or at the time of invoicing. If you can not afford the services, do not schedule. Payments or invoices left unpaid more than 1 week MAY receive a payment remind from Riders Emporium based on our availability to do so - it is the clients responsibility to manage the bill . Payments or invoices left unpaid at: 30 days or more will incur a late fee of 25%, 60 days will be an additional 50%. Any invoice or payment still unpaid at 90 days will have legal act
